"I am impressed with the quality, service, and pricing of Little Caesars. Several times I have been running errands and have had no time to go home and prepare a meal. I walk into Little Caesar's and I was able to grab a pepperoni pizza that was hot and fresh with zero wait time. The price was unbeatable and the staff in Watertown was friendly and polite. You can't ask for more. Not only that but the thin crust pepperoni is a great pizza!!!"

"I gave 5 stars for atmosphere and service because I've never had an issue, but also, as odd as it feels giving a carry-out pizza place 5 stars for atmosphere, I also can't knock them for the lack of atmosphere. I've never even talked to a person who works there, so I'm giving 5 stars for service due to never having an issue that required needing service. What is good about this location is the food. Our food is always cooked properly. I didn't eat at a LC for over a decade, but their Crazy Bread called me one day. I answered, and have enjoyed the food we've picked up from their little Hot and Ready holding boxes since. Ordering is easy, food is always cooked properly, your order is ready quickly, and it's very affordable. You can't go wrong if you just want a fast, cheap bite. Two tiny negatives; their desserts suck and the strip mall style parking can get a bit cramped."

"Staff is always nice and friendly here. Never had any issues. Pizzas are made correctly and they are always hot. We really like the new thin crust and the pretzel crust is also very good. This location is run well and clean. Better than PH and D pizza places, I rather give them the business."

"I have to say 1st Little Ceasars pizza is so underrated. So far it's still the best pizza I've had hands down. We had the deep dish tonight and if you've not had it, you have too. It was absolutely fantastic. Huge amount of toppings, right amount of sauce and the thickness was perfect. Crust was incredible even and I usually don't like the crust. Service was excellent. Thank you for a great family dinner."

"I'll be honest, I thought I had grown past Little Caesars after my teens, but I came back to them to try the new pepperoni-palooza or whatever it's called. And I'll admit, I'm hooked again. The pizza is tastes great, and you can't beat the price. The dipping sauces are pretty disgusting though. The garlic dip is like melted garlic flavored jello. Watertown's shop gets an A+ for customer service too. I've called in my orders are they are super friendly on the phone and in store. The employees all seem nice and having a good time. Franklin, they seem like the one place not suffering from a staffing issue. The food is always ready on time too. The hot pizza lockers are super cool too. Keep it up Little Caesars Watertown!"
